Brief two: Oasis Apparments

What is Kos strength?
Using Hippocrates fame to draw people onto Kos, and in turn Oasis Apartments

Problem:

1. Nobody knows about OASIS APARTMENTS in Kos. 2* but a lot nicer than expected and dirt cheap! £200 for 2 incl. transfers and flights for a week in June. 
2. Kos is not worldly known for HIPPOCRATES the founder of the history of medicine.
3. The hotels logo is horrible and they do not have a overall brand. 
4. Kos should embrace it's history and us it for promotion.
5. The island is small and you can see it all on a motorbike: so many things to do other than sitting by a pool in the sun.

I intend to ... inform / instruct / persuade / direct / educate / promote ... to...

promote Kos for it's history and natural sights,
promote the Oasis Apartments

Educate visitors on Hippocrates & the things you can see on the island

Direct tourists to Kos & Oasis apartments who want a holiday filled with adventure and a very LOW budget.

Kos is a great place to go with more than sun and sea and that Oasis Apartments is a good place to stay, cheap and cheerful.

Solution:

Method of delivery:
New branding which will be applied to Uk travel books
Branding in the Apartments in Kos, reflecting the island through Hippocrates and things to see.

The product:
Everything using bespoke typeface based on Hippocrates and Greece. 
Viewing Oasis Apartments as a adventure.

The range:

For KOS:
Information about Kos in a booklet/poster for tourists, postcards, wrapping paper, (website?), 

For OASIS APARTMENTS:
New brand, logo, map of Kos & location, bedroom key, towels, motorbike rental and bicycle.   


Distribution / the context:
Half distributed in the Uk in travel agents, on the web to promote Kos.

The other half in Oasis Apartments, used as the branding but also souvenirs and adventure guides.
